COMMITTEES

Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all the following committees:

Grounds/Landscaping - Vernon Ratliff (Board Liaison)

We are looking for hands-on volunteers that are willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in an ongoing effort to make our outdoor common areas shine. Much of this work takes place during the spring and summer months. Will include review and oversight of landscaped common areas and lakes (but not to include Lake D, as that is a separate committee)

Lake D - Vernon Ratliff & Darrel Johnson 

This committee works with representatives of Waterford Landings' Lake D Committee to review and determine current and ongoing maintenance and funding of the shared pond situated on both association's common areas.

Social - Brittany Somerville (Board Liaison)

Are you the host with the most? Join our social committee to pitch in with your planning skills and help execute fun events the whole community will enjoy.

Architectural Review - Darrel Johnson (Board Liaison)

Reviews and makes determinations on Owner enhancement requests for exterior alterations to either home or lot within the scope and harmony of the HOA's governing documents and ARC guidelines.
