Messages and requests are monitored by Associa, HRW during normal business hours, and follow-up is done as soon as possible. (Associa’s regular hours of operation are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Friday). Please allow one business day for a response in the event there may be a high volume of requests. Discussions in the TownSq Forum are not monitored. Please direct all service requests to your management team by submitting a TownSq Request.
